Crepes (pancakes).

Ingredients

  • 100 grams Flour
  • 1 tablespoon Sugar
  • 2 tablespoons Melted butter
  • 2 eggs
  • 400ml Milk

Directions

Crepes or Pancakes

  1. Sift flour in a big bowl.
  2. Mix the caster sugar to the flour.
  3. Mix flour with milk and egg  until you have a nice fluid batter (batter should not be too watery).
  4. Leave to rest for at least 45 minutes.
  5. In a pan, heat 1 tablespoon of butter.
  6. Add 3 tablespoons of the batter in the pan.
  7. Cook both sides.
